What a sprint includes
- Up to three repairs on one primary user journey (e.g. "visitor → signup → first success") — defined together, in writing, before anything is billed
- Before/after screenshots and screen recordings of the repaired journey
- Functional verification: automated tests / Playwright runs with results included
- Rollback notes and a clean handoff pack (what changed, where, how to revert)
- Working method: a copy of your code that you choose to share (zip/repo export) — never production credentials, customer data, or payment secrets
What it excludes
- Unlimited revisions, open-ended scope, or "keep going until launch"
- Security auditing, compliance certification, penetration testing
- Work requiring production database access or live payment credentials
- Any guarantee of sales, store approval, security, compliance, or business outcome
Process
- Free teardown (or $99 diagnosis) identifies and prioritizes the blockers.
- We propose the three repairs, in writing, with the fixed $499 price. You approve or walk away.
- We deliver within the agreed window (typically 72 hours from receiving the code copy) with evidence.
AI-assisted repairs with automated verification; where a human review step is part of a specific deliverable it is stated on that deliverable. Founding pricing — payment instructions are provided at scope agreement. $99 diagnosis purchases credit toward this sprint (once, stated at purchase).
