2. Move every secret into the secrets manager. Nothing key-shaped in code, config files, or version history — and rotate anything that ever was.
3. Connect the custom domain and verify HTTPS. Apex and www both resolving, plain http redirecting cleanly.
4. Load the app after it has been idle. If your deployment tier sleeps or scales to zero, measure that first cold request — and decide whether it is acceptable for a paying visitor.
5. Confirm your data survives a redeploy. Know exactly where the database lives, push a trivial change, and verify user data is intact afterward.
6. Take a database backup you have restored once. A backup you have never restored is a hope, not a plan.
7. Make one real purchase on the deployed app. Real card, refund yourself, receipt email confirmed.
8. Fail a payment on purpose. Clear message, retry path, no dead ends.
9. Run the auth loop end to end. Including password-reset email delivery to an address outside your domain.
10. Check empty and error states. Brand-new account, failed requests, bad input — all handled visibly.
11. Hard-refresh deep routes and visit a bad URL. No blank screens, and a branded 404.
12. Test at 375px wide. No horizontal scroll, tap-friendly controls.
13. Set titles, meta descriptions, the OG preview, and a favicon. Then check the link card by pasting the URL into a chat.
14. Publish true trust pages. Refund, contact with a monitored address, and privacy matching your actual data handling.
15. Scan the copy, then write the launch-week runbook. Cut claims you cannot prove; note who watches errors and payments, and practice the rollback once.
