What does the $99 diagnosis add over the free teardown?
Five blockers instead of three, console/network evidence, a prioritized repair sequence, and a Claude-ready repair prompt you can run yourself. Sold as our Mini Launch Readiness Review — that's the name on the checkout and receipt.
What exactly is in the $499 sprint?
One application, one primary user journey, up to three repairs agreed in writing before payment — delivered with before/after evidence, test results, and rollback notes. See the full scope.
What will you never ask me for?
Passwords, API keys, production databases, customer records, payment credentials. Sprint work happens on a copy of the code you choose to share.
Is my code safe with you?
You send a copy; we tell you exactly what to exclude first. Deliverables include rollback notes so every change is reversible. We don't reuse or publish your code.
Do you offer refunds?
The $99 report carries our 7-day money-back policy. Sprint payments made before work begins are fully refundable until work begins; after delivery, disputes are handled case-by-case — honestly.
What can't you promise?
Sales, revenue, app-store or Shopify approval, security certification, legal compliance, or "zero bugs." Anyone promising those is selling you something else. We fix defined defects and prove the fixes work.
Who actually does the work?
Everstead Labs — a small US studio. Work is AI-assisted with automated verification (that's why it's fast and affordable); where a human review step is part of a deliverable, that deliverable says so explicitly.
